Ann D. Navaro will speak at the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law’s 70th Annual Natural Resources and Energy Law Institute. Ann will participate in a panel discussion titled “The Changing Climate of Air Quality Analysis Under NEPA – Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Hazardous Air Pollutants.” The panel will address the recent evolution of agency analyses under NEPA in practical terms.
