President Donald Trump opened a 30-day window for the Environmental Protection Agency and other agency leaders to make recommendations on the “legality and continued applicability” of the endangerment finding, a rule which requires EPA to regulate greenhouse gases because they endanger human life.
Bracewell’s Jeff Holmstead told The New York Times that energy clients “want sensible regulatory reforms.”
