Bracewell’s Bryan Clark shared his thoughts with the Texas Lawyer on joining the firm and how his in-house experience can benefit Bracewell clients.
Clark noted that Bracewell was his top choice in moving back to private practice and that he brings a business perspective to his role as a lawyer after working as in-house counsel at Dallas-based Pioneer Natural Resources.
