DUBAI – Bracewell LLP advised the ECF Group on its UAE subsidiary’s (ECF Middle East FZE) acquisition of Chabowski Trading L.L.C, which owns the trademark “Muddle Me.” Muddle Me is a well-known supplier of innovative equipment for food service players in the Middle East, specializing in bars, cafes and restaurant supplies.
This operation strengthens ECF Group’s footprint in Dubai and in the GCC’s countries where the ECF Group is already present through the Restofair brand since 2004 (joint venture with RAK Porcelain).
