Bracewell’s Dallas office was recently highlighted in the “Office Snapshot” by Law360 Pulse.
The Dallas office grew substantially this year with the addition of a six-person health care team. The office also elected new partner Julie Melton Partain in 2021.
Recent transactions that the firm’s Dallas-based lawyers have worked on include a $540 million bond package for Texas Children’s Hospital that allows the Houston Medical Center to finance a new children and women’s hospital in Austin. That transaction took place in July, as did an $848 million bond issuance by the North Texas Tollway Authority that Bracewell’s Dallas attorneys also advised on.
